I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the rooms were spacious and had a bathroom, a living area downstairs, and an additional bedroom upstairs. However, it was disappointing to note that the hotel didn't appear to make an effort to accommodate specific requests. The service was average, although there were some minor issues, and it seemed like the staff were more geared towards catering to German and Russian guests. The location was decent, with shops and restaurants nearby, but the initial unfriendliness of the reception staff was off-putting. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering a variety of options for different meals. The facilities were adequate, but nothing particularly outstanding stood out. Ranging from clean and comfortable rooms to underwhelming service, the hotel left me with a balanced impression.

I stayed in a beautiful room with a huge balcony and a massive sun bed, though it wasn't exactly what I expected from the brochures. The view overlooking the pool area and swim-up rooms was lovely. The location was pleasant and relaxing with soft background music, but cleanliness could've been better at times.

The service, although only in Turkish, was accommodating and went the extra mile to organize private outings for guests. While the language barrier was a challenge, the abundance of space for guests was a plus. The location was decent, allowing for a walk into Side town with its rich history, but there were inconsistencies in the information provided by the reception staff. In terms of dining, the experience at The Elegance restaurant was adequate but became repetitive after a while. Despite these drawbacks, the Italian products offered added a touch of variety to the menu.

The hotel offers very soft mattresses and luxurious pillows in the rooms, including a double bed, a pullout bed, and an additional short plastic bed. The terrace is a nice addition, and the rooms are cleaned daily, thanks to Süleyha.
