Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were lovely and very modern, but the road-side location exposed me to noisy traffic all night. The TV channels were not ideal for British holidaymakers. Upon exiting the lift, I found the first rooms nice, but the second ones were far nicer and definitely more modern. The inclusive mini-bar was a great touch but could have been filled up more.
The hotel offers a stunning view encompassing snow-topped mountains, the historic Side, and the blue Mediterranean from the spacious balcony. The rooms are spotless and well-designed, but the noise from the road-side traffic can be disturbing, especially for light sleepers. The location is excellent for those who prefer a vibrant atmosphere, with lots of British holidaymakers around, though the entertainment might not cater to everyone's taste.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The suite was absolutely stunning, especially with the hot tub on the balcony, but it needed an update. The service was mostly helpful and organized, especially arranging a private taxi for a day trip, but at times, it felt like they were too busy to pay attention to individual guests. The location was pleasant, with a relaxing atmosphere and easy access to Side town. The dining experience, while good, became repetitive after a while. The facilities were decent, but some areas could use improvement.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, despite facing a busy main road and having tiny balconies, ultimately provided a relaxing holiday environment without any sunbed fights, offering a quiet and spacious retreat. However, the actual room differed from what was advertised in the Jet 2 brochure.
The hotel was quite modern and well-equipped, with a lovely bedroom & bathroom combo upstairs. My room in block 3 on the 3rd floor offered a nice view of one of the pool areas and was conveniently close to the road. The rooms were definitely more modern and nicer compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Belek and Lara Beach.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the rooms were spacious and had a bathroom, a living area downstairs, and an additional bedroom upstairs. However, it was disappointing to note that the hotel didn't appear to make an effort to accommodate specific requests. The service was average, although there were some minor issues, and it seemed like the staff were more geared towards catering to German and Russian guests. The location was decent, with shops and restaurants nearby, but the initial unfriendliness of the reception staff was off-putting. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering a variety of options for different meals. The facilities were adequate, but nothing particularly outstanding stood out. Ranging from clean and comfortable rooms to underwhelming service, the hotel left me with a balanced impression.
I stayed in a beautiful room with a huge balcony and a massive sun bed, though it wasn't exactly what I expected from the brochures. The view overlooking the pool area and swim-up rooms was lovely. The location was pleasant and relaxing with soft background music, but cleanliness could've been better at times.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, especially the deluxe double with terrace and partial sea view, were the worst in my opinion. The suite I had was equipped with a double bed, a pullout bed, and an ungainly short plastic bed. On the bright side, the hotel is conveniently located right near the Time Out 24-hour bar, offering easy access to nightlife. The service, although only in Turkish, was accommodating and went the extra mile to organize private outings for guests. While the language barrier was a challenge, the abundance of space for guests was a plus. The location was decent, allowing for a walk into Side town with its rich history, but there were inconsistencies in the information provided by the reception staff. In terms of dining, the experience at The Elegance restaurant was adequate but became repetitive after a while. Despite these drawbacks, the Italian products offered added a touch of variety to the menu.
The hotel offers very soft mattresses and luxurious pillows in the rooms, including a double bed, a pullout bed, and an additional short plastic bed. The terrace is a nice addition, and the rooms are cleaned daily, thanks to Süleyha.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were relaxing and spacious, with comfy beds, but the lack of privacy on the balcony was a downside. The customer service was excellent for the most part, although some staff could be rude. The location was secure and clean, but the proximity of beds and lack of cleanliness were disappointing. The dining options were varied with fresh ingredients, but it became repetitive after a while. The facilities were decent overall, with room for improvement.
